Our Organizational Structure
The structure of our organization is made such that there is efficiency in programme management with high focus on results and outcomes that makes our service delivery demand driven and market oriented.
Board of Management (BoM) is the supreme organ of the company which is responsible for overall management of the company activities including giving direction and resource management for and on behalf. The secretariat is composed of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and his/her team of experts, consultants, trainers and community mobilizers responsible for day to day running of activities and report to the Board of management (BoM).
Also there is support team that reports to the CEO which manages the office and offer logistical, coordination and administrative support. There are three (3) programmatic departments in the organization namely: VSLA Department, Livelihoods and Agribusiness Department and Member Services and Partnerships
